Blues play-off heartbreak for second year
01/05/08 - v Uxbridge
Blues play-off heartbreak for second yearAn injury time penalty saw the Blues lose to Uxbridge in the semi-final play-off. Despite Ben Wright heading them into the lead and Paul Smith saving a penalty an uncharacteristic under par Fleet performace failed to ignite a game they expected to win. Steve Hemmings dismissal for two yellow cards gave the visitors the advantage that they just about deserved.
