Fleet continued their pre-season preparations on Saturday with a comfortable win against Combined Counties neighbours, Hartley Wintney.
Mick Catlin's side took charge early on after Lee Paul put his side ahead in the 14th minute, heading in from a corner.
But although Fleet dominated play for the rest of the half, the home side fought back well after the break, and could have scored from any one of several good chances.
Mid-fielder, Kevin Vallance went close with perhaps his side's best chance from a couple of yards out, but failed to make any contact. Immediately after, Spanish-born Ramon san Emertero just failed with a lob over Fleet keeper, Hooks.
But Fleet sealed matters with 10 minutes to go, when sub striker, Steele Saunders struck powerfully from 15 yards, after gathering a great pass from wingman, Ben Buckland.
