Problems mounted for new Fleet boss, Paul Holden, on Tuesday night, as his side crashed to their third consecutive home defeat.
And once again the Fleet side failed to score, as goals were going in at the other end.
After conceding four to high-flying Walton last Tuesday and three more on Saturday against the Met Police, the new Fleet boss will have been left in no doubt tonight, that he has a lot of re-building to do.
To add to Holden's problems, Fleet lost more than the match tonight, as two players - both Gary Connolly and Pete Murphy had to be stretchered off. In fact Connolly's departure reduced his side to only 10 men, for the final; 20 minutes - the last sub, Ed Smith, having come on only one minute before.
A lively opening 10 minutes saw both sides playing attractive open football. But then in the 13th minute, disaster struck for Fleet as a mis-kick from keeper Paul Keeper was picked up by Dulwich's Charley Side, who gladly tapped the ball into an open goal to open the scoring.
Smith then made amends 20 minutes later with a brilliant stop from a strike by Dulwich front-man, Meshach Nugent.
After skipper Andy Darnton limped off early on with a rib injury, Fleet then lost Murphy on 35 minutes, stretchered off with an ankle ligament injury.
Then with the first 45 minutes almost complete, Dulwich added a second, Nugent scooping up a lose ball for another fortunate goal.
With the Dulwich keeper not having to make a single save in the first-half, Fleet then upped the tempo after the break, to try and get back in the game.
Chances came, but neither Luke Middleton or Lee Paul could make their shots count.
Fleet were then reduced to 10 men in the 72nd minute when Connolly was hacked down and like Murphy before him, had to stretchered off. With 10 minutes remaining, the visitors added a third, when an un-marked, Francis Quarm, tapped in from 10 yards to seal the game.
