U18's Academy Team

Our U18s Academy Team competes in the Isthmian Youth League, providing young players with a vital step in their footballing journey.

With midweek fixtures played under floodlights against local non-league opposition, the squad gains valuable experience in a senior-style environment. This mirrors the conditions faced by our First Team and forms a key part of the club’s clear development pathway—helping talented players prepare for the transition into senior football at Fleet Town FC.
