Development Team

Fleet Town FC Women’s Development Team competes in the Surrey Premier Division of the South East Counties Women’s Football League (SECWFL), at Tier 7 of the Women’s Football Pyramid.

The team provides an important pathway from our girls’ teams into senior football and towards our Women’s First Team at Tier 5. Open to players aged 16 and over, it offers a competitive and supportive environment for younger players taking their first steps into the senior game, as well as those returning to football and looking to develop.

As with our First Team, no season subscription fees are charged, reflecting Fleet Town FC’s ongoing commitment to supporting the development, accessibility and growth of women’s football within our local community.
