Darryl Evans Commits as First Team Manager for the 25/26 Season!
Fleet Town FC is delighted to confirm that Darryl Evans will continue as First Team Manager for the upcoming 2025/26 season.
Following a comprehensive review of the past campaign, the Board of Directors is pleased with the progress made both on and off the pitch. Under Darryl’s leadership, the team has shown resilience, growth, and a strong sense of identity, qualities we are excited to build upon as we look ahead to the new season.
Darryl’s commitment, vision, and passion for the club have been instrumental in laying strong foundations, and we’re confident that together, we can continue driving Fleet Town FC forward.
Here’s what Darryl had to say on committing to Fleet Town Football Club for the upcoming season:
“After a historic and unforgettable season at Fleet Town, I’m absolutely delighted to be continuing as manager.
Last season was a testament to what hard work, belief, and unity can achieve. We battled our way to the playoffs, made serious progress in both the FA Vase and FA Cup, and showed the footballing world what Fleet Town is all about. The journey was full of emotion, some heartbreak, yes, but also so much pride in how far we’ve come.
I will be announcing my backroom staff over the next few days, with some familiar faces and of course some new faces.
Now, as we look to a new season, I couldn’t be more excited. The foundations have been laid and now it’s time to build. We’re aiming bigger, pushing harder, and striving to take this club to new heights.
Keep your eyes peeled over the coming days as we begin announcing key retentions and some exciting new signings. The work behind the scenes has already begun, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
