First Team Manager: Applications open
We are now inviting applications for the role of Men’s First Team Manager.
Fleet Town Football Club is an ambitious, community-driven club competing in the Combined Counties Premier Division South (Step 5). Following a strong 2025/26 season, culminating in a play-off final appearance, the club is now focused on building on that momentum and achieving promotion to Step 4 at the earliest opportunity.
With a strengthened board structure, clear leadership across football operations, and growing support on and off the pitch, Fleet Town FC is entering an exciting new phase. The foundations are in place, and we are seeking the right individual to lead the next stage of the journey.
We are looking to appoint a driven, high-quality First Team Manager to continue the progress made this season and deliver sustained success.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the men’s first team, including training, player development, match preparation and performance. Recruitment will be delivered in collaboration with the club’s Director of Football, ensuring a clear and strategic approach to squad building.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a progressive football club with real momentum, a growing supporter base, and a clear objective to return to Step 4.
