Matt Surmon gives his thoughts going into tomorrows match against AFC Croydon Athletic at the Mustard Seed Stadium in Combined Counties Premier Division South

I’m buzzing for the match tomorrow against Croydon. It’s going to be a tough physical battle but as a collective we have worked really hard this week to put last weeks disappointment behind us. We know our capabilities as a group and are determined to meet our potential with a strong second half of the season. A play off place is definitely within our grasp!

I’m thoroughly enjoying my time at Fleet, the boys have welcomed me in and I’ve been really impressed with the management teams approach. There is a very professional feel to the club and it’s been a great move for me personally as I’m back to full fitness and enjoying my football again! I’ve got some personal targets I want to hit between now and the end of the season. But most importantly it’s time for us as a team to carry on our recent good form and entertain our fans for the remainder of the season, see you all tomorrow!
