The management team give their thoughts before tomorrow’s last game of the season!

Hear from the Fleet Town management team ahead of tomorrow afternoons last game of the season against Horley Town FC at the Mustard Seed Stadium.

First team manager Elliott Hunt with a few words to thank our supporters for all their support this season. “As the season draws to an end we reflect on a season of ups and downs, but definitely more ups. The group we have built is incredible, a true family, something that is rare in football. A massive thank you to our incredible fans that have had our backs all season home and away, especially at home with an average of over 250 all season!”

Here’s what Luke Barron had to say. “With our final game of what has been a long season on and off the field, a time to reflect upon what has been a very positive and progressive season for the team and for the club. As the managers words express a changing group of players became a family over the course of the season forming a tremendous team atmosphere that has been able to be shared across the club and with you the supporters. Without you all, the team and the clubs successes over this season home and away, on and off the field would not have occurred. So it is with great admiration for you all that we thank you for all the love and support you have provided to us this season and long may that continue for the future.”

Darryl Evans’ thoughts. “After a much more positive end to this season we reflect on what has been mostly a great year. With a mid-table finish and being safe from any relegation battle in February is a testament to the team. However the commitment the Fans have shown traveling home and away is just phenomenal and one of the best sets I have ever been around. So thank you to all our supporters which have been averaging over 200-300 plus at home games. Yes it’s time to reflect and recharge, however let’s ensure we cheer the team over the line one more time before we have our summer break. I thank you all for you support and feedback and look forward to seeing you all next year.”
