We’re Hiring a Partnership Sales Manager: Earn 20% Commission
As part of our plans to accelerate growth both on and off the pitch, Fleet Town FC has created a new commission-based sales role to help bring additional partnerships and sponsorship revenue into the club.
We’re offering a generous 20% commission on every deal you secure, with uncapped earning potential, flexible working, reasonable expenses covered and the opportunity to work from our club office.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to help grow our sponsorship income, working alongside our Commercial Director and supported by our marketing team.
You’ll be supplied with existing leads but will also be expected to develop your own pipeline, connecting local and regional businesses with the club.
There’s a wide range of opportunities to sell, including:
- Club sponsorship and partnership packages
- Pitchside and programme advertising
- Matchday and match ball sponsorship
- Men’s and Women’s team kit sponsorship
- Stadium branding and headline partnerships
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and securing new sponsors and commercial partners
- Following up existing leads and generating your own opportunities
- Creating tailored sponsorship proposals and packages
- Managing relationships to ensure partners get real value
- Supporting renewals and long-term partnerships
- Acting as the link between sponsors and the club
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently
- Commercial mindset with an eye for opportunity
- Organised and reliable
- Experience in sales, partnerships or business development is a bonus, not essential
You don’t need to be a football fan, but you do need to believe in what local clubs can deliver.
