Elliott Hunt and Management Team Retained!
Fleet Town FC is thrilled to announce that Elliott Hunt and his management team, consisting of Darryl Evans and Luke Barron, have been retained for the upcoming season. This decision underscores the club’s commitment to stability and long-term growth, ensuring that the momentum built over the past season continues.
We spoke to Elliott on how he feels to be back at Fleet Town FC for another season below. Elliott also discusses his management team and how good it is to have them back for the 2024/25 season!
“I’m delighted to be staying on as first team manager. I’ve always said it’s a privilege to coach and represent this amazing club. It’s a fantastic journey we are on and one that excites me every time I dawn the coaching kit and turning up at the Mustard Seed Stadium. We have in my opinion the best fans in the league. Season 24/25 is going to be a cracker.”
Elliott Hunt and his team have been instrumental in transforming Fleet Town FC since his appointment in October last year. Last season saw us finish in our highest position in the Combined Counties Premier Division South since our return to the league back in August 2021.
Darryl Evans
“Darryl’s energy and enthusiasm is infectious right throughout the club. Taking up his new role as head coach, he will drive our standards on the training ground making sure the team puts all training outcomes into match day. A man of standards and principles, which will bring us success this season in meeting our targets and aspirations.”
Luke Barron
“It’s brilliant to retain the services of Luke for this up and coming season, in his new role as lead player development coach. Luke’s ability to look in depth and analyse performance allows our players to get those 1% gains which bring results within our methodology.”
