Vacancy: Manager of Fleet Town FC Under 18’s Development Team

We are currently looking to bring in a new manager for our Under 18’s Development Team. At Fleet Town FC, we pride ourselves on our commitment to nurturing young talent on and off the pitch.

Are you passionate about developing young footballers? If so, we want you to join us as the Manager of the Fleet Town FC Under 18’s Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our under 18’s squad in the Allied Counties Youth Mid Week League, working closely with the first team management to develop and progress players into the first team squad.

Responsibilities:

• Lead training sessions and match preparations for the under 18’s team.
• Identify and recruit talented young players to strengthen the squad.
• Liaise closely with the first team management to align coaching philosophies and strategies.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment conducive to player growth.
• Act as a mentor and role model for young players, instilling the values of the club.
