We’re looking for creative, enthusiastic volunteers to help take Fleet Town FC’s social media to the next level! As the club continues to grow, we’re looking to build a volunteer media team to help bring our Men’s First Team and Women’s Senior Teams to life across social media.
Whether you’re an aspiring content creator, videographer, presenter, graphic designer or simply someone who loves social media, we’d love to hear from you.
Video, Reels & Creative Content
We’re looking for people who can do more than simply point a camera! We want creative thinkers who can spot opportunities, come up with ideas, film, edit and produce engaging content that gets people watching, sharing and talking.
Matchday Content
From player arrivals, warm-ups and goals to celebrations, crowd reactions and fan interviews, we want to capture the excitement of matchday, with some content edited and published while the action is still happening.
Creative Content & Ongoing Campaigns
It’s not all about matchdays! We’re also looking for people to create entertaining content throughout the week.
Think player challenges, behind-the-scenes footage, trending memes, funny interviews and creative campaigns involving players, supporters, volunteers and sponsors.
We want people who follow social media trends, understand what makes great content and can bring fresh ideas to the club.
FTFC TV: Could You Be Our Reporter?
Fancy getting behind the microphone? We’re looking for confident, enthusiastic people to conduct post-match interviews with players and managers, as well as other features around the club.
Whether you’re an aspiring sports journalist, presenter or someone who’s simply comfortable chatting on camera, this could be a great opportunity to gain experience.
Social Media Posts & Graphics
Video isn’t the only area where we need help! We’re also looking for volunteers to assist with our regular social media content, including matchday updates, action photography, Player of the Match graphics, sponsor features, club news and upcoming events.
Our branding and Canva templates are already in place, so if you’re comfortable using Canva and have a good eye for design, you could make a real difference.
Flexible Opportunities – Get Involved When You Can
Don’t worry if you’re not available on Saturdays! There are opportunities to get involved on matchdays, at training sessions and throughout the week. You don’t need to do everything – we’re looking to build a team of people with different skills and availability.
Professional filming equipment isn’t necessary either. In fact, smartphones are ideal for the type of content we want to produce. What matters most is creativity, enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to get involved.
