Wanna have fun, watch footy and support your community? Then volunteer for us!
Non-league football is built on passion, community and people who are willing to step forward and help. While players and managers take centre stage on the pitch, the reality is that clubs like ours simply could not exist without the volunteers working behind the scenes.
Across the country, non-league clubs are powered by local people giving up a few hours of their time to help their community club thrive. From preparing the ground on a Saturday morning to running the bar, filming highlights, helping youth teams or organising events, volunteers are the lifeblood of the game.
At Fleet Town, we are proud to be a genuine community club. We provide football for men, women, girls and boys, host events, support charities and bring people together every single week. But none of that happens without people who care enough to get involved.
Volunteering with us is far more rewarding than many people realise. You become part of the club, part of the story and part of a group of people working together to make something special happen. Many of our volunteers have formed lifelong friendships through the club and genuinely look forward to the time they spend here.
You do not need to join the committee or commit huge amounts of time to get involved. Many people simply help when they can. Whether it is an hour on a matchday, helping with an event, sharing a professional skill or supporting our youth teams, every bit of help makes a real difference to us. If you have ever thought about getting involved with your local club, now is the perfect time.

The beauty of volunteering is that it can fit around your life. Some people help us every week, others once a month or simply when they can. Every contribution helps.
Whether you are a tradesperson, a marketer, a student looking for experience, a football fan who wants to be closer to the action, or someone who simply wants to give something back to the community, there is a place for you with us.
Non-league football is special because it belongs to the people who care about it.
Your club needs you.
Come and be part of it.
