Women’s Team opportunities for Players, Coaches & Volunteers

Fleet Town FC is celebrating 25 Years of providing Women’s Football in 2025. As part of marking this milestone, we expanded our commitment to Women’s Football with, what has been, a very successful new-look 1st team this season, under the stewardship of Craig Hayman and his great coaching team.

We now seek Players, Coaches & Volunteers to join us for the 2025-26 Season as we expand further to launch a Women’s’ Reserve side, with training at Fleet and Walton and home matches at Easy As HGV Stadium or Everyone Active’s Hart Leisure Centre.

The first team play in the Tier 6, Southern Region Women’s Football League Division 1 South as well as the Adobe Women’s FA Cup, Hampshire County Cup and the League Cup. We are looking to start the reserve team at county level offering UEFA A/B level coaching.

PLAYERS

Women’s football eligibility: 16+ with ambition and football talent for Tier 5 -Tier 8 standard.

COACHES

Coaches ideally with or working towards UEFA A/B for Tier 5 -Tier 7 sessions midweek at Fleet or Walton. We also welcome experienced players with/studying for coaching qualifications. Matches are played Sunday afternoons.
